Thai Massage is based on the concept of an energy system comprising of 72,000 sen lines (energy lines), known as Chi in Chinese concepts and Prana in Yoga. Thai massage involves works to stimulate, open and balance the flow of energy through the sen lines to assist the body in its natural tendency towards self-healing. This is achieved through rhythmic manipulation of sen lines. 

Muscles are gently stretched and kneaded using the hands, elbows and feet to release tension and allow energy to flow freely. The effect is uniquely relaxing as well as energising. 

Thai massage focuses on the muscoskeletal system (the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and connective tissue) it combines modern scientific knowledge of anatomy and physiology with oriental medical disciplines.

Our therapists provide an authentic thai massage in Winchester. Your treatment will begin with a consultation to determine personal needs and problem areas.  

Thai massage is performed without oil and through clothing. It is recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing. Or alternatively, appropriate Thai style clothing can be provided. The treatment is carried out on a floor mat in a spacious tranquil environment.

A full body Thai Massage is a 2 hour treatment. Although 1 hour massage is available to treat localised problems.
