What is a Relaxation Class?
Relaxation Class involves learning to consciously relax your mind and body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. It is a skill that you can learn, and once accomplished, the rewards and benefits are terrific.
With regular practice, you will be able to achieve a finer work/life balance, feel mentally centred and strengthened, and physically rejuvenated. Some say that 15 minutes of total relaxation is as good as an hours sleep!
What can it treat?

- Anxiety

- Making decisions
- Breath awareness
How does it work?
You will learn to release physical tension, step by step. This in turn will help you to achieve a more relaxed mental state, where you will be able to think more clearly and perform more effectively in your day to day life.
What will my session involve?
Wear comfortable clothes. You will be led through the relaxation exercises, and you may sit, or lie down. The sessions will evolve and change over the weeks, according to the needs of the group members.
How long is a session?
Each session lasts for 1 hour.
How much does a session cost?
One-to-one £50
Two-to-one £25 per person
Groups £49 per course
Course duration: 4 weeks
1 session per week
All of our Relaxation Classes have a maximum of 6 people per session, giving you more time to de-stress & relax.
How often will I need to attend?
Relaxation Classes at Redwood are taught in a 4 week courses, with 1 session per week.
