Relaxation Class involves learning to consciously relax your mind and body is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. It is a skill that you can learn, and once accomplished, the rewards and benefits are terrific.With regular practice, you will be able to achieve a finer work/life balance, feel mentally centred and strengthened, and physically rejuvenated. Some say that 15 minutes of total relaxation is as good as an hours sleep!

H o w d o e s i t w o r k ?
You will learn to release physical tension, step by step. This in turn will help you to achieve a more relaxed mental state, where you will be able to think more clearly and perform more effectively in your day to day life.
W h a t w i l l m y s e s s i o n i n v o l v e ?
Wear comfortable clothes. You will be led through the relaxation exercises, and you may sit, or lie down. The sessions will evolve and change over the weeks, according to the needs of the group members.

Each session lasts for 1 hour.

All of our Relaxation Classes have a maximum of 6 people per session, giving you more time to de-stress & relax.
