Session 1

Full assessment and consultation to ensure you that you can self-refer for treatment. A GP referral maybe necessary in some circumstances, although one is not often required. An understanding of hypnosis, the programme and procedure outlined, followed by question and answering.

Your consultant will introduce Cognitive behavioural techniques that wil start to address your comfort eating.

Session 2

This will continue to tackle your eating behaviours and will relate to your specific eating behaviours, the reasons for your eating habits and will include your first hypnosis session to help you breakdown these negative associations you have formed around food so that you are able to move on from these emotions and live a happier, healthier, lighter life.

Session 3

A review of the previous week. From the information you have collected in the previous week, you will look at your behaviours each day related to your eating habits. You will understand how to release yourself from these actions and remove the emotion attached to eating and with the help of our consultants and yourself you will lose the pounds you no longer want or need.

Now, after 2 weeks you will have an understanding of your basic behaviours. This session will tackle in more depth how you move on to permanently lose these eating behaviours.

An introduction to the gastric band procedure using hypnosis. A full explanation of what you can find and achieve after the fourth gastric band procedure session. You will meet your surgical team; your virtual anaesthetist and surgeon, using the power of suggestion and visualisation under hypnosis.

Session 4 - The Non-surgical Gastric Band Procedure

After reviewing your previous weeks and seeing the improvements and changes that you have made, you will have your non-surgical gastric band fitted. This will give you the long-term results that you want to achieve and reduce and control your weight once and for all.

The procedure, combined with all the previous sessions give you a reinforced state of self awareness and the ability to reduce your weight to a healthier weight. Your non-surgical gastric band will help you reduce your appetite naturally. Clients report they feel full much quicker, after having the virtual gastric band fitted. They also find that they no longer comfort eat thus they lose weight.

This concludes your non-surgical gastric band programme and procedure. You will now be provided with the further material to take home with you. This includes CD's, Manuals and education to enhance your results.

Session 5 - Review

A final consultation between 4-6 weeks after session 4 of your programme with your weight loss consultant. To ensure everything is working as it should, and you may require for your non-surgical gastric band to be loosened or tightened at this stage.
