What is Meditation?
Meditation is a non-judgemental way of being aware of the present moment. Most of our lives escape us. We are constantly trying to keep up with ourselves. Living in the past or worrying about the future we experience regret and blame.
The meditation focuses on the present moment, on the breath and on the experience of being in the here and now. The awareness of breathing lies at the heart of the work. Meditation is 'moment by moment awareness'.
How can it help me?
Meditation can give you a greater sense of well being, as well as reducing stress and anxiety levels. Mindfulness is great for anyone who wants to reduce chronic pain, manage long-term illness, or live a more contented and fulfilled life.
Do I need to have experience in Meditation?
Absolutely not. This is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve the quality of their life.
How long is a session?
Each class lasts for 1 hour.
Each workshop lasts for 4 hours.
How much does a session cost?

Redwoods meditation class has a maximum of 6 people per session, giving you the time you need to clear your mind and relax your body.
