Meditation is a non-judgemental way of being aware of the present moment. Most of our lives escape us. We are constantly trying to keep up with ourselves. Living in the past or worrying about the future we experience regret and blame.The meditation focuses on the present moment, on the breath and on the experience of being in the here and now. The awareness of breathing lies at the heart of the work. Meditation is ‘moment by moment awareness’.

Redwoods meditation class has a maximum of 6 people per session, giving you the time you need to clear your mind and relax your body.
